Project Details:
The works comprised provision of hard standing area for a marquee structure; storage shed; various elements of street furniture upgrade of the play park featuring toddler play equipment; electrical cabinet and associated soft landscape works.
Demolitions involved existing paths and asphalted areas lifted and removed offsite to be recycled. Foundations for the new toddler equipment were poured prior to the arrival of our approved subcontractor for the installation of the play equipment and wet pour safety surface.
A new shed structure was provided to allow the community to safely store the marquee and associated items from the elements and theft. Leading up to the shed approx 500m2 of reinforced grass pavement was installed so a hard wearing but environmental friendly access with provided for vehicles and emergency services.
Planting and landscaping followed on after the completion of the main works to soften the look of the park on the surrounding mature landscape.
New street furniture was installed to complete the project five new cast iron benches, a community iron notice board and three new litter bins.
Working with our suppliers and subcontractors AG Wilson successfully delivered this project in 35 working days.
